Vacuum barrier bags
We deliver flat and standing bags for vacuum and MAP packing, tailored in their size and composition to the requirements related to the packed product.
We offer bags based on multi-layered laminates:
- colourless/transparent
- white/milky (or in any other color),
- metallized (silver and gold),
- with a top layer and inter-layer prints.
The bags are tailored to the individual needs o the Client, regarding the size, the shape or the thickness.
Using our state of the art Kodak Flexcel NX pre-press facility we are creating even the most complicated prints with the use of flexography – both external, as well as inter-layer prints, with the use of up to 8 colors.
The bags are being manufactured with the use of multi-layered films, such as:
PA/PE, OPA/PE, PET/PE, PET/met/PE, PET/Al/PE, PET/PP
Each PA/PE bag may be enhanced with a zipper, a side cut (easy open) or an euro-hanger.
The offer additionally includes a wide range of standing bags:
(doypacks, with a bottom or side folds) and thermo-retractable barrier bags.
They may be applied in case of meet, dairy, fruits, vegetables, poultry, confectionery, pharmaceutics and other cases.
These bags may be used to pack the products that are being pasteurized. They also can be applied in case of the frozen goods.
