Ecor FPO Leaf
ECOR FPO Leaf Material is perfectly suitable for sealing packaging of products such as yoghurt, cream, cottage cheese, desserts, fish salads, salads and ice cream and dried fruits and peanuts.
It features an universal thermal sealing lacquer , which can be used on PP, PS, PE and PVC surfaces.
It may be used instead of AL and PET seals, and other covering films, and at the same time it minimizes the cost of packaging.
Percentage-wise, the individual ECOR FPO components include:
51.5 % of minerals (including: calcium, chalk, titanium dioxide) and 48.5% of polyolefine.
This material is available in a variety of thickness variants, ranging from 85 to 100 microns. It may be used instead of the aluminum foil used as a top cover of PS and PP cups.We offer a full range of shapes and sizes of top-covers. There is no need to reconfigure the package-related appliances. The seals are thermally sealable at temperatures between 135 and 160 degrees Celsius, with a speed of 60 punches per minute – the time needed to weld the seal is 0.4 sec. at 4 bars of pressure. You may use the filling machines within the full scope of their capacities.
By using PS/PP tubs with an ECOR FPO Leaf lid we may consider the product to be a homogeneous packaging.
The material is strong and flexible.
