PET/AL/PE and the remaining laminated materials
Duplex, triplex and quadruplex laminates are often based on aluminium (e.g. PET/AL/PE, OPP/PET/MET/PE, AL/PE/PAPER, PAPER/PE/AL/PE etc.), they are perfectly suited to play a role of packaging in case of the food concentrates.
Food concentrates include the powdered products, such as: spices for meals, soups, sauces, jellies, pudding, kissel, whipped cream, gelatine, vanilla sugar, baking powder, powdered cakes, porridges, brans, coffee, cappuccino, powdered drinks, cocoa, chocolate and bagged tea, along with products such as pasta, rice, nuts and dried fruits, broth cubes, as well as liquid products, including: ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise and sauces.
In order to pack products that have specific requirements, such as:
- fatty products with low pH value (such as ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard, salad sauce),
- acidy products (such as fermented cabbage, pickled cucumbers)
we offer laminates with better barrier properties, based on specially tailored and composed films.
Depending on the composition of the packed product, these may be quadruple-, triple- and double layered laminates.
Application of the laminates, in case of which one of the elements is the aluminum foil, causes the packaging to attain perfect barrier properties – and this results in products’ staying fresh for a longer period of time.
Additionally, the sealed product also maintains its aroma for a longer period of time.
Coffee, cappuccino, cocoa and chocolate in a powder form can be packed with “peel” type laminates – they are easy to open.
All of the packaging materials in our offer are selected in line with the needs and requirements of our clients, due to the fact that the barrier properties of the laminate, strength of the seam and aesthetics play a key role in case of the above-mentioned products.
